Economic pressure is forcing change, I know all too well that my clients and business owners alike are being pushed to adapt, whether that’s restructuring, pivoting their services offering or rethinking leadership.
I provide a structured, supportive space to explore these changes and make confident, values-aligned decisions especially for leaders who are feeling isolated. I also witness, many business owners, owner-managers and senior leaders are carrying the weight of responsibility alone.

Hi, I’m Russell. Firstly, a little about my background. A successful Banking and business advisory career working on the “front line” with Ultimate Business Owners/family businesses/ large corporates/PLC’s. Advising and completing on many transactions from P2P (Public to Private) to leveraged finance, MBO’s MBI’s always with the target of helping them GROW, sustainable growth, managing risks and being in a position to take advantage of opportunities.
So, what does that mean for you? This bedrock of experience and knowledge has provided the tools required to complement my skills as a coach. I have been coaching my whole career, as that was my management style, to extract the most from people in any given situation. This passion for coaching led me to become a fully accredited ICF coach and to run a coaching and training business, which was responsible for changing the lives of many people.
I am a coach, first and foremost. I will work with my clients to understand their current situation and also to establish where they want to go. We can then work very effectively together to ensure they achieve their goals and hold them accountable along the journey.
